Internal Examination Schedule

Note:


  1. In addition of above mention tests an assignment and a quiz test must be conducted at the end of each chapter or exercise by respective subject teacher and the marks should be recorded.
  2. Date sheet, setting of paper etc will be announced through notice board well before the commencement of each test.
  3. Internal Award List of students which bears the 40% evaluation in the practical paper for Board’s examination shall be prepared on the basis of following.

General Rules for the Examination
(Eligibility for board Examination)

  1. Has undergone the specific period of the Theory and practical courses for the said examination to the satisfaction of the department concerned.
  2. Has attended not less that 80% of minimum prescribed number of lectures, practical in each subject.
  3. Must have obtained more the 60% marks in all internal examination of college.
  4. Has paid all the dues of college and Board fees, must have deposited all library books issued to him/her.
  5. A clearance certificate shall be obtained from cashier, librarian and HOD concerned in this regard.

Admission Rules/Regulations


The regulations in this prospectus are subordinate to the admission statues & policies issued before or after the issuance of this prospectus.


Pre requisites of Admission


Application for admission will be submitted only on the prescribed form (Photocopies are not Accepted).
Prospectus along with admission form can be held from Information /Reception office of APC.
Applicant must attach the attested photo state copies of their following documents with their application form.

• DMC
• Provisional
• Domicile 4 Copies
• Character Certificate 4 Copies
• Passport size pictures 1 Copies
• Undertaking on judicial Stamp paper of Rs. 10/-(specimen attached) 2 Copies
• Parent/Guardian NIC copy 1 Copies

Application forms and photocopies of the documents of the unselected candidates are not returnable.

Once the admission approved the candidate have to pay APC dues as per schedule or within seven days after registration.

Every application shall be accompanied by a declaration managed by the applicant and countersigned by his/her father or guardian, that the candidate shall bind himself/herself to abide by the regulation and rules of his/her concerned board and any instructions issued in general or in particular to him /her from time to time by his/her teacher, HOD, principal/ Administration of APC.

In any technology if the number of admission is not adequate the admission of these student will be transferred to any other suitable technology according to preference of technology given by the candidate in his admission form.
